Race Quest: Race by Erasmus Vegelbud. The quest is missing from the quests (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

In general, I went through the storyline with the bastard Jr. Left him alive. New tasks "Long live art" and, accordingly, "Erasmus Vegelbud's races" appeared on the screen. But the latter is completely absent from the list of tasks, it simply is not there. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
