I really need help on MP (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

Guys tell me yesterday I downloaded ETS 2 from Steam, downloaded multiplayer, registered on all sites, but when I go into the game it writes offline and restarts after 10 seconds and it restarts all the time!
ETS 2 version - 1.18.1.3s, cartoon version - 0.1.8.2 Alpha
