Mutagens power, bug (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Friends, have you ever tried, after loading the game, to pull out all your big red / blue mutagens from the slots, and then put them back in? Try it, I think most will be pleasantly surprised by the damage / strength indicators of their Geralt signs)) The fact is that the power of mutagens after loading (and for some even after fast travel) drops by about 7-10%. I read it on different sites, there is a problem, but few people pay attention to it, so I would like to know if the bug only affects the display of damage in the character menu or real damage too?

Yes, I donâ€™t care at all)) Itâ€™s tiring to drag and drop mutagens every time after loading, I hope this will be fixed in patch 1.07, I heard it is already being written.
