Russian language (The Settlers 7: Paths to a Kingdom)

Hello. I have the game activated in uplay (blasphemous). And it seems that at the first installation everything was normal, I played enough. 3 years ago. Since then reinstalled the system naturally. So I decided to put it up again. Uploaded via uplay. During installation, there is no Russian language. I thought I would change the menu. No, the game is in English. And how can I install a license in Russian *)?
