Why does the game weigh 35 GB instead of 45 GB? (Batman: Arkham Knight)

people, what the hell is this? My game is 35 GB. I check the integrity of the cache, it detects 4000 files that need to be downloaded. WELL, OK. downloads everything. and again the game weighs 35 GB and you need to download the missing files. so what the hell is that? did anyone have this? I can't stand another download of this.
