Problem with the game at the very beginning (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

The problem is this: I start Skyrim, I click "new game". Then I see how Ralof and others are riding in a wagon. But as soon as the thief says: "Damned Stormcloaks! In Skyrim..." EVERYTHING! The game crashes. Climbed the entire Internet, updated firewood, changed the sound quality in the sound card manager. Nothing! The problem remains the same as it was.
PS If anything, then the version is licensed, Steam.
