Problem starting the game (Stubbs the Zombie in Rebel without a Pulse)

I wanted to play, but the game does not want me to play it. I
launch the game and an error occurs, I installed openAL32.dll but it's still the same, I used NVidia Inspector but nothing changes either, I don't know what to do, please help!!!
