Is it possible to transfer saves from one mod to another? (Pro Evolution Soccer 2013)

I played on the MyPES patch, now I installed PesMaster 2013 Patch version 2.0 + UPL and RPL and I want to transfer my saves to it, is this possible?

After all, saves do not depend on the patch. They are in the My Documents folder (My DocumentsKONAMIPro Evolution Soccer 2013) .
