Lags in the game (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive)

With ping from 6 to 15, with fps from 60 to 100, cs go lags, all system requirements are suitable and the game did not lag a whole year before, I tried everything: update the drivers, reinstall the OS, checked the integrity of the cache, everything is in order, I tried to play through special programs to optimize the game, but nothing helped. I repeat, the game did not lag for a year or even more, and by the way I tried to play at the minimum settings. Please help me, I really like the game. I'm waiting for an answer

Maybe not a bunch of programs included, but even one. which heavily loads the system. You have to look in the controller. It helped me once, though not with this game.
