How to kill Golem? (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Reached the Golem with a broken sword and little food. Tell me how you can apply it to cause at least a little noticeable damage.

Oil, potions, decoctions. And there is no grinder? You can still use Yrden to slow down and don't forget about bombs...
