Do I need to go through the previous parts? (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

Highly desirable, because most of the dramatic moments revolve around characters from previous parts....Especially since the first part is truly magnificent

In my opinion, the first part is a must.

Not at all, but DA: I was really looking forward to it, but after the release I couldn’t get through it, it’s not catchy and that’s it, either it bothers me to run around the locations, in general xs. Not like the first two parts.
