Account crashed (Mortal Kombat X)

I go into the game this afternoon (I play on the IOS platform), and instead of my account, training starts, the game starts again from level 1 and requires me to create an account again, as if I had just installed the game. How can I get my profile back?

Nothing to worry about. The profile with everything accumulated is stored on the server. I have already reset twice and nothing.
