freezes when playing Gwent (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

The problem is this: when playing gwent, the game starts to behave inappropriately, all sorts of incomprehensible "lags" appear, ranging from image artifacts (fucking black squares that move quickly randomly) and ending with game freezes and crashes. You can only play successfully on the tenth try. Who faced the problem or just those who know - explain how to deal with the infection? maybe you need to disable (or vice versa enable)?
