VIP outside the game location (XCOM 2)

Such a problem, the quest to evacuate the VIP from the Advent transport. The transport itself is shown outside the location (outlined with red lines by the "fence"). I kill enemies, I go as close as possible to the transport (I bump into the border). The transport itself is in the black zone, it is impossible to shoot there, it is impossible to throw a grenade, it is also "border" to pass. Maybe someone faced something similar?
