Technical condition (Ravenous Devils)

PC: Ryzen 5 3600, 1060 6gb, 16 RAM
At maximum, the video card is loaded at 99%, since there is a built-in fps lock.
However, when certain aspects of the graphics are reduced, white noise appears (or individual pixels instead of fog), and when the fps is locked at 30, the game becomes unplayable, people who come to the studio to "measure" simply start to appear out of nowhere and fall to the 2nd floor, which makes them unclickable = > game in the long run is impossible. There is a good solution - a lock of 60 fps, and even when testing for the minimum, this bug is fixed.
