Network fly the players (S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl)

GUYS HELP! I have players flying start. in 2017-2018, all the rules were, and then it started... the players started to pass through walls and jump when walking and stopping. what are they doing? (reinstallation not to offer)
