Missing Items (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Hi everyone, I've got a problem. I stood at the blacksmith in Kaer Trolde, threw out the gloves of the griffin school from the inventory and they disappeared, nowhere to be found. Where could they go?

Most likely, they fell under the textures straight into the river. I also had it on PS4, I stood on the bridge in the Caer Troll, laid out the swords, and then I notice that they are not there, I jumped into the river, and they are there.
