Mod for pumping without levels (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Hey! There is such a mod - Witcher 3 - Enhanced Edition in which there is a leveling of skills without skill points, you hit with light blows - light blows swing, if you use igni - igni swings. So the question is - is there a mod that changes only the skill leveling described above, without installing the whole Enhanced Edition? I searched and searched, I didn’t find it, maybe someone fumbles in modding and can cut out a pure pumping from the Enhanced Edition?
