Appearance Replacement (Mass Effect Legendary Edition)

Is it possible to give the appearance of Kaiden or Ashley as it was in the original trilogy?
By the way, if anyone remembers how to do this in the original trilogy, remind me how to do it, otherwise I forgot already)
