Problem starting (Dishonored)

In general, if briefly the game simply does not open, I went to the third mission and the game kept
trying to download with other repacks, nothing helped, maybe someone came across this?

The game does not work on two different repacks or was the same repack downloaded from different sources?
Did you check your save files after deleting the game? Did they also get stuck or did they stay?
Did you use the trainer during the passage?
