No image on monitor in 1 pci 16x

The 1st pci 16x stopped displaying images on monitors (with any cables, on any vidyuhi), it may have somehow been damaged when changing video cards, but this is unlikely. The 2nd slot works without problems, what could be the problem? gigabyte z490udac motherboard
