Opinions about the game (Winter Ember)

for some reason, I expected something in the spirit of Weird West, where you could safely climb, substitute objects if you didn’t jump ... well, at least just jump normally ....

On stealth, I don't understand how it works at all, as well as the ability to parry in battles. Where is that timing?
