Display error (The Sims 4)

Hello.
The problems are as follows (as I understand it, they are interconnected, but I can’t understand where):
Icons change in the lower right corner (work needs friends, etc.).
You cannot change body parameters in CAS (for example, through CC), stretch with your hands, etc.
You can’t buy anything through a computer kiosk for points and etc. (including for reward points)
Sims are not highlighted with a green frame (although a gray rectangle (barely noticeable) appears at the top right of the portrait + empty filter squares (for example, clothes or sims relationship filter (friends/worketc)
Who had this, how to solve the problem?
