Game goes off screen (Fallout 4)
In the ini file in Mod Organizer 2, I set fullscreen to 0, set the resolution I need (1920x1080), launch it, and the game crawls far beyond the screen, I played with the bMaximizeWindow and bBorderless parameters, when MaximizeWindow is on, it generally starts the game at 800x600, and Borderless is the feeling that it doesn’t affectthe list of my mods at all, maybe because of some of them such shnyag

Specifically, there is nothing in the mods that could interact with the game window in this way.
In general, gazebo games in my memory are easier to configure through their own launcher or fo4.ini, because the utilities do not always give the desired effect

And if it doesn’t work at all, try disabling all mods and just turn them on one at a time, then start the game for such bugs or crashes, since you have relatively few plug-ins enabled
