Mods not working 1.23.10, unknown error occured (People Playground)

I reinstalled the version, recompiled it, installed other mods, nothing helped, I downloaded version 1.23.10
and it doesnâ€™t work here, like on the previous ones. Help, maybe someone faced such a problem, or recommend the installer of the people's norms, because I don't want to play vanilla :'(

I downloaded 1.24 today, the same crap, xs what to do, thank God the old version remains, I play on it
