Bug in civil war quest (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Hello! Maybe someone came across, the problem is the following, when passing the quest of the civil war, during the cleaning of locations, forts, etc. My and enemy NPCs spawn in one place in a bunch, because of this they freeze, apparently in each other's textures and stand 3-5 pieces in one place, they can't move, but they wave their weapons and shoot from bows, 3-4 appear on the whole lakatsu there are a bunch of them and because of this the fps drops, it's a slide show, maybe someone faced a problem with iakyl? Can it be cured?

Sometimes such bugs happen. Loading an earlier save helps.

This is a civil war, the most bugged quest since 11/11/11. There are bugs in it (at the same time, critical ones, because of which you have to use the console), they are found even in pure skyrim, without any mods.
The conclusion is to endure, the GW plot itself is not long. And after passing it, forget about it, like a terrible dream.
