Well, I sort of figured it out - I launched battle.net, disconnected from the Internet, and then launched the editor in a pirate ... he immediately wrote that the version was not for this region, you want to log in and blah blah blah, I pressed "no", then again what about region and offered to download German, I clicked "yes", I was still disconnected from the Internet, he tried to download, but nothing happened and the editor started in Russian ... here ...
PS In battle.net I bought one chapter "invisible war", and the editor could be launched there as wellðŸ˜¹
