There was a problem in survival mode (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

It so happened that while in the mountains my character almost died from the cold, and I was forced to turn off the survival mode, because the last save was a very long time ago, later, after a couple more hours of playing, I decided to turn the mode back on, I was already in the tavern, where it’s warm, but the character immediately lost his health and after 5 seconds he died from the cold, tried everything, and potions, and spells, and clothes, and stand next to the fire, even introduced tgm, everything is useless, the character is doomed to die as soon as I I turn on this mode, wherever I am, how to solve this problem?
