Can someone explain on account of the plains Eidolon ? (Warframe)

Started to play recently here and there was the question of whether to go to the plains to farm it without the mission and the team , if so, how ?

It is possible and without the gate, just choose from the map of the plains and out.

Yes I know about it , the question was different . If anyone is looking for where mode switching , the choice opens at the top of the screen near the icon of the user .
