SSD drops the record and hangs the system

With any load on the ssd (installing something / copying something), it completely stops recording, at this time the system lags very much, while freezing. What could be the problem? Other drives work fine. The disk is almost empty. Holds the declared speed.

1) If the record falls, then the culprit is probably the disk from which you throw the data, it creates problems in the system. Try another, to check or leave the system inside.
2) Detailed HDtune check.
3) Replacing the SATA cable or changing the slot on the motherboard.
4) Boot into safe mode and check / reset BIOS settings.
In the end, use the task manager to evaluate the load on the disk, as an option, it is overloaded with tasks or a virus.

There is no ssd in the peak load manager, there are no viruses, AHCI is set in the BIOS settings and nothing else is related to the disk system, even when installing a game on the ssd from steam, the whole system hangs and lags, the disk constantly resets the entry to 0. If you install on another disk, then the schedule is always stable, without the slightest drop in recording, while it is not overloaded and it can copy files perfectly at this moment, etc.

If earlier everything was fine with this disk, then its malfunction is possible.
if it's a new drive it could be a drive with that failed memory controller. you can try formatting it to a different cluster size, but I'm not sure that this will help, because I personally have not encountered such problems.
it is better to simply install Windows 7 on a normal shdd and use the disk as a swap file. and there for 20tb shshd ische to buy so as not to delete the game.

in general, this can happen because Windows couple does on its disk from which it does not have enough bandwidth, in addition to the fact that it is still scanning the folder. and the newer Windows is, the worse it is optimized for ROM bandwidth. but the meaning of the ssd is precisely that it has super cool speeds, the vaunted speeds of reading the record and random access, and the current cache is cruel by the type of RAM, which is 64-128mb
