Crashes (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Previously, on an old weak computer, everything was normal. On a new more powerful crashes after loading. After starting a new game and after loading saves. What's the matter? Tried the latest patch, to no avail.

Well please help. Crashes after loading a new game. Haven't installed any mods or saves yet. The very first version of the game. I really want to replay.

Option 2 ... I suffered myself, it helped .. Download the SaveTool and SMC (Skyrim Memory Cleaner) utility and download the skse of your version of Skyrim to them. Then run SaveTool and clean the save from unnecessary scripts. Helps.
If the crashes continue, use the Wrye Bash or LOOT utilities as described above.
You can try graphics optimization. Remove ENB if necessary. Otherwise, try installing pure skyrim without mods and try playing. I also know that he is not good friends with Radeon and Win 8.1 video cards
