Spare part 9400GT fell off the video card
While using the computer, an unpleasant smell of melted plastic appeared. It turned out that because of this black object. If you return it to its place, then the computer works for a couple of minutes (the smell reappears), after which the monitor goes out and this part falls off again. What can be done and is it possible to solve the problem without buying a new video card? And what is the name of this item because of which all the problems? Now the computer is running on built-in video.

most likely this resistance should be something written on it
if all the contacts are intact, then you can probably risk soldering it back. however, the fact that it heats up and falls off hints that it is not working properly.
