Quest \"The Mysterious Passenger\" (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

After completing the story quest in the grove of priestesses, where the werewolf Morkvarg is still, along with the quests Freak and Last Wish, the Mysterious Passenger is also given. But tracking it down by pressing V didn't work, and it's not in the quest list either. Is this some kind of bug?

No, not Bug. go through other story quests, and then you will come to this later.
