Unit texture issue (Total War: Rome 2)

Guys, who faced such a problem when the faces of all units are low-poly and without eyes even at ultra settings. And before each fight, I get a message that there is not enough video memory, although I have a Gtx 750 Ti (2GB) vidyuha. I reinstalled the game 2 times, ticked the "unlimited memory" function, and it did not help. I also wrote to support, they do not know what the reason is. Has anyone had this problem and knows how to fix it?
