Try turning off the software that uses the Internet. Skype, antivirus, torrent. In general, kill all non-system applications, the problem is in the computer (everything can be fine with the game). If there is an opportunity and desire, then reinstall Windows.

It looks like you have a laptop. Perhaps the problem is that the game is trying to run not on a separate video card, but on a "processor" solution. How to fix it? In the NVidia Control Panel, manually force the CONTRA EXE file to use the graphics card.
