Guides for forty write that you need to throw 150-200 dexterity in order to get a 75% block. I just started playing and immediately knocked out the shield at 62% of the block (basic dexterity). If a classic, then how much is written on the shield, so much will be.
If lod, then yes, you need to pump dexterity. But it is better to download it based on future clothes, otherwise there is a high probability of making a very clever litter.
