PC is heating

The computer shows this temperature, no applications are running. The power supply is hot.
In games, every couple of minutes there are huge drawdowns in FPS, after that everything is fine.
I did not find the miners, I cleaned the computer from dust, I replaced the thermal paste. What could be the problem? Previously, this was not, and the FPS has always been stable.
Could it be a problem with the BP? Suggest something.
