Help how to activate the QR code in the game? (Need for Speed: Rivals)

Hello guys. Please help me how to activate the QR code in the game? I downloaded applications for decoding qr codes on the iPhone and when I pointed the camera at the code, then the nfs network website appeared on the phone somehow and I don’t understand what to do. I ask for instructions on how to activate.

And by the way, when I go to the nfs network site, I enter my login and password from origine, it shows that I have not played this game. This is because I didn’t register it somewhere on the account, the fact is that I don’t know where to activate it on which account and how.
