Help deal with fights (Hearts of Iron 3)

I made a division of 4 infantry brigades. Led to the attack. As soon as I ordered to attack, a window immediately appeared. Tipo:
Your troops lost. Your losses are 0. Losses of the enemy are 0. And so it is always. Then the enemy attacked and .... and ... the same thing BUT my troops retreated.
Maybe you need to attack exactly at noon or wait a day before the battle or what?

After the formation of new formations, you need to wait for some time until the level of organization of troops will increase (the small scale will turn green), otherwise lightning-fast defeat is guaranteed, even with a million superiority over the enemy!
