The game should be fun. To ensure the highest quality of online multiplayer games, Valve allows game developers to implement systems that detect and permanently block players using cheats.
The game developer informs Valve about the inappropriate behavior of any player, after which Valve applies a game ban to the account of such a player. The decision to apply a ban is entirely the responsibility of the game developer. Valve only enforces such a ban if requested to do so by the game developer.

I'm just going to install all the games and play with cheats and mods with the internet cord turned on.
If I get banned, I'll never buy more steam versions.
