Bug with NVidia drivers (Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag)

When installing the NVidia drivers (geforce 9400 gt video card), rebooting and running Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag, all the textures are very dark, and if you remove the driver, leave the standard one on (Windows 7 32bit), then the dimming disappears. What could be the problem?
