Supermarket cart as transport (Grand Theft Auto 5)

I saw a lot of videos of GTA 5 Online, where they rode in a cart from a supermarket. Help how to do it.

This is a mod.
Was for both GTA4 and GTA5. And just sit down and ride in a cart is impossible.
