HELP!!!!! (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas)

I think that I went through all the story and all additional missions, but the hated number 99.47 still hangs in the statistics. Rechecked. Absolutely EVERYTHING you need to complete the mission is completed! I don’t know what to do, tell me, is there any way to find out exactly where the jamb is?
