Mission "Shame or Glory" (Grand Theft Auto 5)

How to complete:
Conditions for obtaining a gold medal:
- Maximum speed - reach the maximum speed on a truck (Phantom)
Without unhitching the trailer, it does not work at all, only accelerated to 98%. Advise! I play on pc.
