Aliens in the hangar (World of Tanks)

Haven't played in about a year. Here I installed (more if necessary) and what I see. In the hangar there are some Object 140, T11 next level 10 and AMX 50V. I definitely did not buy them and the last time they were not. Is this some kind of promotion? Temporary event? Or what?
