Subtitles not showing (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Recently I wanted to play with subtitles, turned on English voice acting and Russian subtitles. When playing, they are not displayed, there are gameplay inscriptions, but there are no subtitles. What could be the problem, please?

Try enabling subtitles in the .ini file, if that doesn't work then verify the integrity of the game files.

I really don't understand why there are subtitles. But if you want to listen to the original voice acting, then I think you can configure it in the settings.
