No textures (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

That is, when loading a save, the textures of all Units and Buildings are not displayed. This problem appeared during the installation of the license. Before that I ran a pirate, everything was fine.

1) Trouble with the hard drive / game files. Reinstall. Or your saves are fucked up.
2) Video card. Is the temperature normal?
