Weapon Search (Grand Theft Auto 5)

after I found a box from the plane, I added a minigun but during the next session it was not in the list of weapons ... is this a bug or is it supposed to be like this?

You can make a shootout in the editor and add hammers there, then pick it up in the shootout itself and you will have it. Ps There are already a lot of cards with rare weapons, you can download)
