Is it possible to call for help if playing offline? I read on the forum that if the boss is difficult, then you can ring the bell and a hunter will come to your aid. For example, Elin can come in the battle with the Beast with a blood-swallower?

If I understand you correctly, do you want to be in the OFF lane and play with other players? Then NO you can't.

You can summon NPCs if you are in HE, BUT there are few of them, and they are called in the same way as players.
