1. Using the ARCTool program unpack archives games.
2. All the sound in the game has the extension *.sngv, is the most common OGG audio files to have them opened by any player enough to rename them from the SNGV to OGG.
3. To convert music that you want to add in OGG format, and rename files in SNVG, replace the file
4. To pack the files back using the same ARCTool.

And what files the game refers to? I just tried to convert and rename music.file, but replaced the music.the files in the root folder of the game sound. Only after that the music lasted exactly how long Muz.file, but not as much as the music should play in this part of the mission.

Good question. He changed the music in the mercenaries and faced the same problem. As I understand it, the original muses. the file includes the service information LoopStart and LoopEnd, which is responsible for repeatable intervals of the file. As it is designated in a makeshift file - did not understand.

Oh by the way with Audacity in section Edit - Metadata you can specify these fields manually. Although the HxD interesting Varick. But one hell, you need to understand the system of measurement of these parameters. What these numbers indicate? Milliseconds, bits? That would be somebody here from the Capcom, to explain how they have in the game the sound works...

This is a 16-hex editor files. The principle of use - much like Notepad, but unlike Notepad, these editors change the code, not the actual displayed text.
And Yes, I forgot about Audiacity (audio editor's, if that), there might be options LoopStart and LoopEnd to change, but I can't remember exactly whether it is possible for the OGG format in there to pull. It is possible for WAV, since only recently did.

Thanks, I will try. I hope YouTube is a good example.
